Un peu d’histoire de la voile olympique
La voile fait partie des plus anciennes disciplines des jeux olympiques modernes. Les premières épreuves de voile ont été inscrites au programme de la première olympiade en 1896 à Athènes mais furent annulées en raison des mauvaises conditions météo. Les régates organisées dans le cadre de l’Exposition Universelle de Paris en 1900 ont ensuite été intégrées dans le palmarès des Jeux olympiques de Paris. Ces régates se sont déroulées à Meulan (commune des Yvelines) pour les bateaux jusqu’à 10 tonneaux et au Havre pour les bateaux de 10 tonneaux et plus.

Aile VI est désormais basé sur l’île de Noirmoutier. Il est membre du Cercle de Voile du Bois de la Chaize. Il participe régulièrement aux “Voiles de légende” organisées par le Yacht Club de La Baule.

Bilan de la voile aux JO de Paris 2024
L’équipe de France de voile avait pour objectif de faire mieux qu’aux Jeux olympiques de Tokyo en 2020 où elle avait remporté trois médailles. À Marseille, à domicile, les athlètes visaient au moins quatre médailles. Finalement, elle n’en a obtenu que deux. Lauriane Nolot a décroché l’argent en kitefoil et Sarah Steyaert et Charline Picon ont remporté la médaille de bronze en 49er FX.

daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She
placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was
a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had
